It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you do not absolutely love your selections, we will gladly issue a refund for the value of the merchandise or exchange your items. You may return your purchase for a refund or exchange in accordance with the Terms & Conditions below and we will refund eligible purchases.
Exchange/Return Terms and Conditions
- Return to Kiss Me Lingerie must be postmarked no later than 30 days after you received the goods.
- Online refunds will be made to the credit card, debit card or PayPal account used in the original transaction.
- Merchandise purchased online from all price points and all categories EXCEPT PANTIES and BEAUTY PRODUCTS may be returned or exchanged.
- All sales are final for PANTIES and LIPSTICKS. Please note, for the health of our customers and staffs, we are unable to issue refunds on opened panties.
- Returned merchandise must be in its original state, deemed to be unworn or unwashed, or be defective to be accepted for a refund.
- Original shipping and handling fees are NOT refundable.
- Please allow up to 14 days from the time you mailed the item to receive and process your return/exchange.

If you received items by mail, it is easy to send them back!
- Download a copy of our Return Form. Click Here To Download and print out a copy of the Return Form.
- Place the items you are returning or exchanging and the completed Return Form in a secure package, removing/covering any labels. If desired, you may reuse your original packaging.
- Please send us an email to request a return label. Kiss Me Lingerie charges up to $8 for each return label. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
- If you decide to choose your own mail carrier, please pay for postage and send the package to the address below: Address to add to the website: 331 N New Ballas Rd, Suite 410183, Creve Coeur, MO 63141
- No shipping fee will be charged for any exchanges (Free Exchanges).
- Please allow up to 14 days from the time you mailed the item to receive and process your return/exchange. You will be notified via email once your return has been completed.
